Device Connection

Confirm OTG is enabled, reconnect the NWT device, review the system USB behavior and ensure the permission prompt is not blocked. If it still fails, replace the OTG cable and inspect connection logs first.

Check serial permissions, cable stability and power supply first, then inspect command padding, byte order and serial port occupancy.

Installation & Update

Confirm the Android version meets requirements, unknown-source app installation is allowed, and the MD5 / SHA256 from the download page still matches.

The public download page highlights the stable release so clinical teams receive a reviewed build first. Beta packages are not positioned as the main entry.

Measurement Workflow

The empty-load baseline is the reference point for later live spectrum correction. Skipping Normalize directly affects valley detection and force conversion stability.

Re-run the empty-load baseline when it has expired, when the device has been reconnected or when environmental interference has changed significantly.
